Vegetables and pulses. Eat only a small amount of meat and cut salt to almost nil. Read labels of manufactured food, near is a lot of saline in this.
SUGUR!
I reflect on a generally full-bodied diet w lots of fruits and veges and especially whatever allows the perosn to LOSE extra bulk.
Foods with low/no sodium/salt content. Read the label. Do not use salt on your foods. There are saline substitutes which are pretty good-once you get used to them. Also, I use Mrs. Dash--Original Blend--for flavor--rather than sodium/salt.
For remedies to physical problems read from Nutrition Almanac. It's a right reference book as in good health as general information.
If you are looking for a valid good book from an eastern nutritional perspective, you might consider "Healing near Whole Foods" by Paul Pitchford or "Chinese Nutrition Therapy" by Joerg Kastner.
