Has anyone tried Fruit-eze for constipation problems?

Do you recommend it? Please only comment if you enjoy tried it.

Answer:
O.K. I admit I enjoy never tried this but I'm going to answer anyways.

I did a search on this product and the foremost ingredients are prunes, raisins, dates, and prune liquid. The cost is $30.00 for a 5.25lb. jar. The fiber content is 2.5g of which only 1g is insoluble fiber. At that price you could buy a gazillion prunes at the open market!

A bowl of bran flakes with raisins have 6.0g of fiber, a large apple have 4.5g of fiber. Yes, this product is "all natural" but so are seriously of items in the open market that would be cheaper and you wouldn't have to clear shipping and handling.

Do a web explore on "fiber content chart" and read through site #1 to find a list of foods and their fiber contents. You will find abundant items, especially beans, that have are vastly high contained by fiber and should help beside constipation.

Good Luck!
