Any raw remedies for cold feets & hand?
Preferably natural remedies which we could go and get from the market or pharmacies.

Well, I know it sounds horrible, but the best thing is to soak hand and feet within increasingly cold water every sunshine for a long period of time. This will increase circulation, expand the blood vessels, and achieve you more used to cold from a physiological standpoint.
There is a way to increase circulation to the foot and hands. Use cyanne pepper. It speeds up the heart, and stimulates the adrenal glands. I wouldn't suggest putting it surrounded by your mouth. It will be very heat up to the taste. Put it within capsules and swallow. A little food next to the capsules will support. A better solution would be to find out why the circulation has decrease to the feet and hand. Perhaps your blood vessels are getting complete up with something except blood. Maybe the ends of the blood vessels are decreasing within number and size. Is your supply of blood enough to save you warm? I know, too copious questions. But what can you expect when you aren't specific near your question.
