i just go through this. i stopped taking my bloog pressure meds after seven years cause I couldn't stand them anymore. Now I've be using mega doses of potassium and magnesium. It works. I had the doctor prescribe them - he ordered potassium cL 20 MEQ tab Sa (whatever that means) and I bring one or two a day. Also, if you bring any type of diuretics, those drain you of potassium - so try to cut back on usage or product sure you keep up the potassium nouns. You can't enough from consumption bananas, I promise.
