I touch approaching craap! :( would this relief?
ok so i woke up this morning none thick and runny and a touch bit of a cough and i have to work today and i work at taco bell so i cant be sick.
i figure if i took lots of vitamins it may help me grasp better faster so i had one red, an 8 ounce class of orange liquid, a 1,000 mg vitamin c drink, and two eggs. oh and 2 gummy vitamins haha.
would that help me take better faster??
i despise medication so i want to try getting better the raw way.
do you own any suggestions on something more i could do??
Answer: Well, taking a bunch of random vitamins won't sustain and might get you sicker (especially if you overdose on any given vitamin).
Supplements are particularly effective as preventatives, but within is no "miracle pill" that will remove your sickness instantly. If you feel sick, extra Vitamin C (and most antioxidants) could give support to speed along your body's healing. but too much Vitamin C does dispense a diuretic effect, so be careful not to overdo it. Also, variety sure you sleep enough, as that's your body's biggest curative time.
You could also take one of a few immune system boosters resembling Colostrum, Mushrooms (Maitake, Shiitake, and Reishi), IP-6 (Inositol Hexaphosphate), Beta Glucans, Elderberry, or Echinacea (should be taken short-term only). Granted, once you're sick, these can only serve your body's resistive functions to fight it and maintain them away for next time if you verbs taking them.
You're going to have to hold medicine, the vitamins will single have a marginal effect within that amount of time. You really need to rest. When you attain home, brush your teeth, gargle with a cup of thaw water beside two spoonful of salt surrounded by it. Drink lots of warm hose down and go to bed. You will get the impression better.
Mind therapy: I am economically, I am well, my antenna is clear, I am not working at taco bell's today because I am going to enjoy a day past its sell-by date to listen to music and go for a saunter and enjoy humour and enjoy self so well, I am okay, I used to have a cough, but I don't hold one any more because I am well, ideally accompany by appropriate hand movements, while prancing to your first choice music and wrapped up warm so that you stay capably. :^) See, I told you it worked! i hope you kow that too much vitamin c could give you the runs,and an overdose of vitamins will net you sicker. if youre concerned get some matured fashioned chicken soup and drink it,then boil a pot of river ,get a roomy beach towel and put the pot of boiling hose on the table and drape the towel over your head and inhale the steam,hang on to doing this a few timess a day until youtr go before cllears. drink plenty of fluids and rest.eat insubstantially and take your vitamins (not too tons ,1 a day). do not od on vitamin c youll be running to the bathroom very habitually. try this,remedy,it will work,i do it and i swear by it! feel better.
the piece about vitamin C is that you pee it out contained by an hour. so lots of Vitamin C all at once won't support, but take a moment or two every hour throughout the day, and that can boost your immune system.
Get extra rest and drink lots and lots of wet

If you have a cold, nought will speed up recovery except lots of fluids and rest.
A healthy diet including 5-10 servings of fruit and veggies each day will help your immune system resist catching colds and will lessen their severity but you have need of to do that all year long. Megadoses of vitamin pills when you get hold of a cold do nothing except distribute you expensive pee.
