Unfortunately hot compresses are the fastest and best way to release the infection contained surrounded by a boil. The only other speedily method requires incision and drainage, and is done in the doctors bureau with a local anesthetic and sterile tools. You can also steal antibiotics, but that isn't quick and it in recent times helps hasten the eventual draining process. Old time cures included smearing the surface of the skin next to grease and other potions, but that usually just make things worse. Sorry, heat is the fastest and best method. Don't try squeezing it yourself any. If you rupture it beneath the skin, the infection spreads, makes a larger or second boil, and commonly makes things even worse. If it have formed a central spot of pus well identifiable, you can sometimes apply heat and use a sterilized syringe to gently prick the top. It hurts resembling a booger, and if it's not ready to drain completely it won't.
try poking it near a needle and see if anything will come out. This will relieve some of the backache. I am not being suggest either I am serious I do this for my hubby sometimes!

see a doctor. if none available heat up a teaspoon under hose down, then dry, next apply to boil for a minute or two. lift stale top of boil with a sterilised nozzle (pass it through a flame) then apply a poultice of verbs gauze). See a dcotor is the best advice.
Eating the spice Tumeric should clear it up for you. you can put it into food or drink, roughly 1 teaspoon 3 times a day, results should show up somewhat quickly.
My dad would chill a blank milk bottle in the fridge after put the open closing over the boil and then he have my mom run very hot marine on a towel then he would put the towel on the bottom of the bottle thus cause a suction inside the bottle drawing the boil to a head and whammo,it would break and the infection would come right out,Not that in attendance was no torment involved but oh my God, what a relief.Now I dont know where on earth you might find a milk bottle anywhere but something like it would work as long as it be thick cup.Hope this was accepting.!
Icthamol Ointment (sauve) can bring a boil to a head fairly quickly. It looks funny(very black) ,but it can be bought for almost nought at any drug store. You just may enjoy to ask for it.
