Natural cures or remedies for heartburn?
My husband has have heartburn since last darkness. He thinks it is from too much dairy. Does anyone know of any intuitive cures or remedies that do not involve dairy? He will not take any OTC meds...I do not blame him. Thanks!
Answer:
Your on the right track. Hearburn is truly your stomach swelling up from gas. It presses against the heart. This condition is a result of not having ample hydrocloric acid surrounded by the stomach to digest the food. This is just the foundation of more problems. Eating too much food, in one suppertime, makes it not easy for the stomach to digest it. Another problem related to this is the bodies inability to assimulate protein properly. When protein is broken down into amino acids, the body uses these amino acids to make digestive fluids similar to the hyrochloric acid contained by the stomach. It's a vicious circle. No hydrochloric acid contained by the stomach, not amino acids, not production of hydrochloric acid within the stomach. You can buy supplements that boost the production of hydrochloric acid contained by the stomach. They come in medication or pill form. Also check the intestines and colon for good strength. When the stomach doesn't work well the rest of the tube have problems too.
Baking soda and water..it's what they use contained by Rolaids, Tums, etc.
He does not have enought acids surrounded by his stomach. I would reccomend looking at Roex products. Go to their website or give them a nickname. I use them as my nutrinional supplement source and swear by them.
vinegar and water, baking soda and wet
Actually, Tums or Rolaids, they just calcium.
A teaspoon of Baking Soda (Not Baking Powder) contained by a cup of warm marine to help it dissolve.
spoon full of baking soda w/ chalice of water
