For those who own suffered mild hypothyroidism, what is your experience beside natural/alternative remedies?
Answer: I take a thyroid supplement. There are no side effects. My doctor said something in the region of the supplement not being made of synthetics, but intuitive components that are identical to the actual components produced by the thyroid gland.
I lost a touch weight.
Oh, I presume that because I was so used to have low thyroid levels, which occur with hypothyroidism, that when I started taking the supplement I feel manic, because I wasn't used to the energy height, but that lasted a few days lone and I feel completely common, but energetic.
Try Virgin Coconut Oil (VCO).
Regular intake of virgin coconut grease supports thyroid function because it increases metabolism and energy.
Treatment:
To upgrade thyroid function, take 3 tablespoons of VCO and 1 to 3 capsule of cayenne pepper a day after respectively meal. You should also minimize use of processed vegetable oil, raw cabbage, and soybean-made foods.
You should also aim at a moderate and well-balanced diet. Limit intake of fatty foods and munch through more fruits and vegetables. Allot a time for daily exercise and avoid insanitary vices similar to alcohol and cigarettes.
It's worth a try. I got it from eBay item:

The thyroid have to do with your metabolism. Hypo- medium it's low-functioning. I drink green tea to boost my metabolism and it has also help me reduce my insulin requirement. But this is for me. A holistic practitioner would be capable of help you analyze your personal requirements.
