I enjoy a friend who swears by Vitex Agnus Castus for cramps and PMS both. Good luck!
I find my cramps are worse when I'm hungry. So, try eating 5 or 6 smaller in shape meals a daylight when you're cramping to ensure food being within your stomach almost all the time.but you're not getting hold of 5 lbs a month by binge-eating!
Exercising does help, I guess it get the blood flowing, I dunno.
When I'm at home, I lie on my support, w/ my knees curled up to my chest. That relieves it some.
Have someone massage your hand or head/neck. For some people, that relieves it. It's usually merely temporary for me, but it almost works! lol!
To relieve menstrual cramps:
Take over-the-counter ibuprofen or naproxen sodium around the clock as directed to relieve misery and inhibit the release of prostaglandins. Acetaminophen will help next to pain, but not near prostaglandins. Most over-the-counter menstrual discomfort products contain acetaminophen. Read labels. [Note: Do not donate aspirin or any medication containing salcylates to anyone 19 years of age or younger, unless directed by a physician, due to its association with Reye's Syndrome, a potentially homicidal condition.]
Drink a hot cup of regular tea, chamomile or mint tea.
Hold a heating wad or hot-water bottle on your abdomen or lower stern.
Take a warm hip bath.
Gently massage your belly.
Do mild exercises like stretching, yoga, walking or biking. Exercise may add to blood flow and reduce pelvic stomach-ache.
Whenever possible, lie on your hindmost, supporting your knees with a pillow.
Unless you own reasons to avoid alcohol, hold a glass of wine or other alcoholic beverage. Alcohol slows down uterine contractions.
Get plenty of rest and avoid stressful situations as your length approaches.
For birth control, consider using the pill because it blocks the production of prostaglandins or the Progestasert IUD because its use lessens menstrual cramps.
If you still touch pain after using self-care tips, ring your doctor.
drink milk, its suppose to help cut the cramps down
also try heat pads
There's an herb call "Crampbark". I thought it was a practical joke at first, but it actually help for any and all cramps.
Some crude herbs in reality give seriously of relief for deeply of women. Try Omega-6 fatty acids like those surrounded by Borage Oil or Evening Primrose Oil... that's probably the most popular item I see that sells for cramps, PMS, and oodles other "monthly issues"
Steep a cinnamon stick in a cup of boiling sea drink it like tea,,,, where on earth I got this years ago,,,,,I can't remember.
Hope it help.
My chiro. gave me Formula 303 (all natural) final time I was surrounded by to see him. And being used to taking 6-8 ibuprofen a morning, I was amazed when my misery was completely GONE when I took 2 formula 303's.
My mom-in-law take a shot of creme de menth (spelled wrong) in coffee. She swears by it.

. Those who took 200 milligrams of vitamin E (which started two days up to that time their periods and continued through the first three days of bleeding) endure far less cramping than girls who took a placebo.
After a four-month span, the girls who took vitamin E have cramps for less than two hours, on average, during their period, compared to 17 hours for those who did not take the vitamin.
Take 300mg of Valerian which is used against sleeping disorders, restlessness and anxiety, and as a muscle relaxant. Take it back bed and it also helps for cramps. Valerian seem only to work when taken over longer period (several weeks), though many users find that it take effect immediately.
