I enjoy a unforgivable headache from removal of caffeine...any suggestions?
I'm trying to conquer my addiction to caffeine. It wouldn't be so bad if I didn't gain such a bad headache. I've have these before when I wasn't competent to get a cup of coffee or something, and conventional medication doesn't seem to sustain. So, what would you suggest I try?

When I did kick my need to caffeine (Coffee), I used Crystal Lites Raspberry Iced Tea...it has no caffeine and is refreshing and help in Three ways.
One, it have no caffeine, so you are still kicking the habit.
Two, give the body the stimulus of having a drink.
Three, the Tea help to reduce the head-aches, because Raspberry Ice Tea have natural ingredients to mute the pain of the head-ache.
Also, if you are somewhere where on earth you cannot drink, try chewing gum..with Cinnamon flavor. The Cinnamon help to reduce the craving, and give the mouth a fresh taste.

I kicked the quirk several years ago and can tell you it be rough. I got headache and depressed. It took months to get over it, but it be a great thing to do.

Your brain feels resembling it doesn't fit inside your skull, eh? When I quit on a Saturday, by Wednesday I had the brain-not-fitting headache. By the following Wednesday I realize I hadn't taken any pain relievers within several days. So the really bad headache sector only last a couple days. You can hopefully take the snake off near stuff like Tylenol and Motrin and perchance even throw in some Sudafed if it doesn't bother you. It'll be worth it thoroughly soon; you'll feel much better adjectives around. Sleeping better, waking up better, positive money because you drink lots of water immediately. Oh yeah, being slightly dried out can make your go before pound too, so make sure you're drinking plenty of sea to make up for the caffeine beverages you've cut out. Good luck!!
Just hang down in in attendance, try to distract yourself with happenings but don't be tempted to hold any caffeine you will undo what you own already done. Herbal teas and plenty of mineral will help, fresh fruit is devout for detoxing it goes through your system so in the blink of an eye, 20 mins to digest thats why you should have fruit past a meal not after, if you own it after it will build up gas cos it gets trapped down the other food you are digesting.
Make your withdrawal somewhat easier with gradual easing. With coffee, mix in a seperate container 75 % regular and 25% decaf. Use for a week or so, Then mix 50% and 50%, etc....Same near cola, only difference is mix it as you drink. It`s also a obedient way to win used to the taste of diet drinks, if you don`t similar to them. If you drink tea, reduce caffeine impossible to tell apart way as coffee. It worked for me ( I took like mad longer and only reduced 10% at a time, never have a problem, and I`ve been drinking it 50 years.) Good luck.
Drink lots of fluids (non-caffeinated of course) to flush your system. Caffeine subtraction usually is over within roughly speaking 72 hours...if you can stick it out.
Another approach is to mix whatever you usually get explicitly caffeinated with it's non-caffeinated equivalent...let's read out a soda. You start out mixing a caffeinated cola half-and-half with it's non-caffeinated counterpart. Over the subsequent few weeks, you slowly increase the proportion of non-caffeinated to caffeinated. Within a month, you should be drinking the non-caffeinated without any problem...or deduction side effects.
This "weaning" approach works for many "addictions" besides caffeine.
Believe it or not drinking almonds and drinking chamomile tea relieved my headaches when I tried to see the habit from caffeine.

It can lift months to get the effects of caffiene from your body. of late stick with it. drink lots of dampen to re-hydrate your self. don't drink any tea or sodas with caffiene as that is to say just feed the addiction... good luck.

After a day or so, I replaced 2 sodas beside water. I continued this process until I be totally off sodas. It took longer to win off the caffeine but my body be able to adjust easier and I have NO HEADACHES! I felt much better than when I tried to quit cold turkey.
