Ahh! This is such an awesome question because so copious people can benefit from the answer, a bit their cholesterol is high or not.

I have a friend that though he be doing all he could do to lower his cholesterol. Eating a mostly lacto-vegetarian diet and such then he attended a seminar nearly cutting out adjectives animal fats and extracted oil. He did not think it would work but give it a try.
