Computer Eye Strain - Alternative Therapies?


for many years I've done computer work or everything is on the computer and my eyes only just hurt a lot and I dont' know what else to do. I"ve be to the opthamologist, I use my eye drops, I've adjusted my monitor, I've tried the prio specs and sun glasses, look angrily screens, and everything and I still cannot use the computer or my laptop for long in need it hurting my eyes and I'm thinking of trying to find other kinds of work and I dont' know what else I can do. I've spent most of my life span on a computer.

Answer:    i think the break between work is a well brought-up idea and or possibly go for a 5 min stroll to afford the eyes a rest
Just take a five minute break every once within a while. Before your eyes start to hurt. Do these exercises to help your eyes.Continue the exercise once a sunshine after you are better.
Build up your timing gradually.If you perceive tired or dizzy, stop and resume after one minute.
Anulom Vilom –
Close your right nostril with thumb and insightful breath-in through left nostril
after – close left nostril beside two fingers and breath-out through right nostril
then -keeping the disappeared nostril closed deep breath-in through right nostril
later - close your right nostril with thumb and breath-out through disappeared nostril.
This is one cycle of anulom vilom.
Repeat this cycle for 20 to 30 minutes twice a day(maximum 60 minutes in one day).
You can do this back breakfast/lunch/dinner or before bedtime or within bed.Remember to take philosophical long breaths into the lungs.You can do this while sitting on floor or chair or lying surrounded by bed.

Kapalbhati -(Do it before eating) Push nouns forcefully out through the nose in the order of once per second. Stomach will itself go in(contract in). The breathing in(through the nose) will take place automatically. Establish a rhythm and do for 20 to 30 minutes twice a day.(Max 60 min/day) Not for pregnant women. Seriously under the weather people do it kind-heartedly.
Might work, can't hurt to try... this helped me near my eyes feeling tired. Put a drop or two of rosewater contained by your eyes (you can try it in of late one eye to compare.)

My eye was fancy better after a minute or so.
