What's wrong with Omega 3 or 6? They are healthful and promote brain condition.
Start by doing crosswords then verbs to suduko, that will tax your brain and hold you alert. Also take a day after day walks and try and catch more exercise. Keep the blood flowing to your brain by physical activity.
try calculation salba to your foods (white sage seeds) it contains the o3&o6 without the meat base products.
