Does anyone use Natural Multi Vitamins?

I'm so confused! I'm trying to research the difference between synthetic and natural mulivitamins..but I can't find any unprejudiced reports.

Anyways..has anyone switched to intuitive multi-vitamins??
Any noticeable beneftis?
Where do I obtain them from?

Answer:    My experience from popular OTC multi vitamins was that it didn't engage directly into my system, so basically, I didn't consistency better while taking them.

I did a little research, spoke to friends, and chose a gooey nutritional supplement. The benefits that I noticed on the double (within 2 weeks) was getting out of bed within the morning. I used to be stiff and walked beside a 'hunch' at first - but now I don't. I sleep better, and thus consistency better. I also haven't been sick for over a year (i.e., cold/flu), my heartburn have ceased, I don't seem to be to suffer from allergy-related headaches anymore. I could stir on with the improvements experienced by my husband and friends, but I mull over you get the theory.

I could probably gain the same benefits by intake more fruits and vegetables, but now, substantial companies are in charge of the farm - loading the grounds with pesticides - forcing foods to find ripe by subjecting them to chemical additives, and then totalling preservatives so they can sell them to our grocery stores - I opt for the all inborn, preservative free nutritional supplement.

I recommend you research any product that you are planning to take. You looked-for to know what this product was, so I'm going away a link below.

Good Luck!
I remember reading years ago that our body can transmit the difference. I used to use Nutralite. Now to save money I use Green Source form Puritan Pride. They submission lots of natural vitamins for intensely reasonable prices.

I know my blood work looks great. I surface better taking them.

When you can get them for a temperate price delivered to your door, why buy synthetic?
I use inbred herbal multivitamins and they have benefitted me and for details you can pm me at yahoo There are a few correct sites out there that do proffer unbiased info on diverse products, the key is to find one that doesn't in fact sell anything, otherwise you can be sure the info is biased.

http://www.nutritionaltree.com is one of the sites that collects user reviews of different products (including multi-vitamins, I am sure) and doesn't actually supply anything.
