finals are serioulsy taking a toll on my nerves, no sleep just up adjectives nite studying and my head hurts similar to hell. I am in class rite very soon, is there something i can do approaching pressure points or something to stop it...damn it hurts.

There are a few things you can do that will help:
Cut out the coffee and drink filter water to start beside. Coffee and other caffeine-containing drinks (and chocolate, etc.) will just exacerbate the problem.
Get hold of some pure uncontaminated peppermint essential oil -- single the kind that can be ingested so if it say "for external use only" that is not the sensitive that is clean,and it MUST be an essential oil, not simply peppermint flavoring that you would use for a cake, etc.-- and carefully, avoiding your eyes and mucous membranes, put a drop on respectively temple and under your proboscis. It is shown that people who carry a good night's sleep (especially going to bed two or more hours previously midnight) do better on exams than those who stay up all darkness studying. Even taking a day rotten from studying to rest completely is often more beneficial than adjectives those last minute crams.

maybe you strain your eyes too much. Take a short breaks contained by between to rest your eyes, like look outside the glass;-). Slight pressure on the area between your eyebrows should backing a bit.
When you become sleep deprived you can become dehydrated. Trying drinking a chalice of water and get through something that is full-bodied. When you get home today try taking a hot shower and basically let the dampen run over your head. when done wrap a towel over organizer as tight as possible and lay down in a shadowy room either sleeping or only resting. Also you eyes may be strained from all that reading they obligation a rest too, no TV no computer no reading. If water and drinking and Advil with sleep and hot shower doesn't work drink a soda that have caffeine in it. blood vessel contract when you have a headache caffeine open them up

Caffine or booze will ease a headache because it thins the blood. Or freshly take a doze or get a wipe
Get some sleep. And when you wake up drink some red juice.
One article I find that always works is if you squeeze the webbing between your thumb and first finger near the opposite hand's fingers.
