Wow, that's actually a topic of MUCH debate contained by the coffe and tea community. I'm getting ready to enlarge a tea bar for Whole Foods Market and own spent the last several months immerse myself in the tea world. It seem that several new studies are suggesting that fluent caffeine from coffee and tea does not raise your blood pressure. It's the synthetic caffeine specifically in soda, animation drinks, diet pills, etc. that raises blood pressure. The study mentioned that they weren't sure what the distinguishing factor be between natural and synthetic caffeine be, but it was a traceable trend. However, even the synthetic caffeine only above all raised blood pressure for a moment (1-2 hours).

Yes. Caffeine constricts blood vessel, which leads to sophisticated blood pressure. This is short term, and will be in motion away as the caffeine is metablolized. As far as caffeine causing blood pressure to rise over the long permanent status, that is still dim. And as for the caffeine in coffee and tea somehow anyone not as bad for you as the caffeine within soda and energy drinks, that's b.s. Caffeine is caffeine no business where it is found. In reality, much of the caffeine in soda and vivacity drinks is caffeine that has be extracted from coffee beans in the process or making decaf coffee, and is after sold to the soda makers. Of course, if you want caffeine, coffee and tea are much better sources than soda, since they contain other compassionate molecules (antioxidants etc.), and aren't loaded with sugar
