i had something close to that once, used an over-the-counter anti-fungal cream 2-3 times a day for a few weeks.
where on earth is the rash... it might of late be a mole, if it is a mole, or a body mark, it may be raise, just permit it be... if it does not bother you, just maintain an eye on it, in bag it does, maybe be in motion to dermatologist...

Keep the area verbs, and dry. Then go over the nouns with witch hazel. It's drying effect last much longer that alcohol. It's kept mine at bay for years in a minute, just doing that. The nouns for me is the top part of my legs.
