IS within such a item as non=constipating iron pills and can they be bought over the counter?
Answer:
To get iron in need getting constipated, try eating raisins. They contain iron, but own the opposite effect.
No, iron constipates. So if you enjoy to be on an iron supplement, also take a stool softener.
Stay away from iron pills and other things next to iron in them as an added ingredient. There are worse 'side effects' than constipation from iron pills. Iron is a bulky metal and there is a word on the bottle that ingesting too many iron pills can murder a child. Get your iron from eating leafy greens and brown beans and raisins, etc. Do your own nutritional research. (The foregoing is my own personal opinion-- I'm not a doctor).
