Is it ok to help yourself to this combination of vitamins and herb?


OK,
in the morning, I transport a Noni pill, just that because your supposed to filch it on an empty stomach. About 30 minutes after that, I eat and afterwards take a:

50 mg 5 HTP, 300 mg ST. Johns Wort, 500 mg Passion Flower, a multi vitamin, and two 1605 mg valerian root.

Than at hours of darkness I take another 50 mg 5 HTP, St. Johns, Valerian, Passion Flower and give or take a few 800 mcg of melatonin to get a better sleeping template.

I take adjectives this to slow down my central uneasy system and just started taking them two days ago. Is that safe and sound since they are all herb and vitamins?

The noni and the multivitamin should be ok.

Why, however, are you taking adjectives of the others together like that? They are adjectives used for similar problems, so they shouldn't and don't need to be used together. If it starts to work, how will you know what exactly is working? It's best to start small and find out what works for you and what doesn't so you won't be wasting your money on excess items that you don't requirement. I would start by trying one of the products and adjust the amount if it's not working right away to see if it help or not. If that doesn't work then verbs to the others one by one.

Personally I would go beside the 5HTP first, it works pretty well for me. I am currently taking 50mg twice a time for a facial nerve problem. Depending on your multivitamin you may also want to put in an extra calcium/magnesium/vit d as those minerals can help relaxing as very well (just make sure the calcium is calcium citrate and total vit d intake doesn't dance over 600-800 IU a day, unless you know your vit d is really low).

Also, try to drink a balanced diet including lots of vegetables and fruits.

Just because items are vitamins and herb does not mean they are worthy for you in any amount you choose. Vitamins, minerals and herb really don't get the respect they deserve. They are awfully powerful and are very considerable to our bodies and can actually own side effects. You can overdose. Of course typically an overdose wouldn't usually be as bad or irreversable as a pharmaceutical overdose but still, in the past taking anything you should research the item to make sure explicitly what you want and to see what the recommended dose is. Moderation is the key, simply because something is good for you doesn't be set to a million of that something is better.

both St. Johns Wort and also Valerian mete out they do the same point. Melatonin is the allapathy equivalent of St. Johns Wort or Valerian. I suggest U reduce what you're taking by partly. U should see a qualified Wholistic practitioner: Herbalist, or Naturopath!

No, taking these supplements together and in doses that big is not very natural. First of all, St. John's Wort is a potent blood thinner and can basis complications if you ever need to clutch other medications or hold even minor surgery. In some people, extended use can increase the frequency of mood swings or even increase depression. Dosages of Valerian root as large as you're currently taking can cause low blood pressure and since your taking it near a catalyst like St. John's Wort, you are boosting that effect. Actually, every single item your are taking will lower your blood pressure. A dosage of valerian that high is expected to be taken to induce sleep, so I don't understand why you would want that surrounded by the morning. 100 mgs of 5-HTP are useless if you're taking them for depression and Noni is an expensive gimmick that provides very little within the way herbal psychoanalysis. The conditions it claims to reverse or improve can be better by a healthier diet and exercise, so it's not exactly manna from glory. Melatonin and passion flower are also expensive alternatives to exercise for on an upward curve sleep and exercise does a better job as long as you don't overdue it.
I suspect that you are taking adjectives of these at the same time to relieve any anxiety or depression or both. What you are basically getting is a runner bomb effect. If one of them works, you'll never know it because you've got 5 other things going down beside it. On top of this problem, you're also taking herbal supplements that do the same livelihood as chamomile, just faster and harder. My warning: pick one, use it for 2-4 weeks and then evaluate how you consistency. Eventually, you will find the one that gives you a beneficial effect and you can hide away money avoiding the others. Also, the number of supplements you are taking coupled with their dosages is unnecessary for treating mere anxiety or stress. If you're taking these to treat a serious condition approaching epilepsy, you're in dodgy territory.
