A strong cup of espresso coffee. If you have trouble going to the bathroom the best things to guzzle are bran muffins or bananas.

If that doesn't work, a cup of warm/hot water and a tsp of molasses or karo syrup should do the trick.
Could be a shortage of fiber, if so eat an apple.

prune liquid & warm hose, also lemon juice & thaw out water. A giant fiber cereal First, rule out any GI problems from your doctor. Assuming everthing's ok there, run Magnesium Citrate in soft form.. Follow the instructions on the bottle. That should do it the first day almost 12 hours later. Don't use for more than a week. Also, surrounded by the meantime and afterwards, make sure you're getting between 25-35 grams of fiber a daytime. That should keep you regular.

its a herb that have hypnotic/sedative effects but also helps beside constipation. Senna tea can help (a.k.a Smooth Move) . Also, ground flax core has help me sometimes. It is a frustrating problem, I am going to try the other answers for myself as well.
You enjoy to eat the right sympathetic of food, that is: not too much meat and not too much sugar, profoundly of fresh fruit and vegetables (at least 5 different kind every day, lightly cooked or cooked) but certainly not bananas or lemon, because they enjoy the opposite effect. Try to some extent: prune juice, kiwi fruit, oranges, stewed apples, avocados...
Coffee works but don't drink too much as it is irritating. Tea: not too much, unless it is Yunnan tea.
Cereals: oat suppertime is great but not rice which has the different effect.
Drink a lot of hose down every day.
