What, if anything, is the difference between brewer's yeast and nutritional yeast?


I've heard of the form benefits of brewer's yeast and my doctor even suggested it in medication form to help next to lactation. I cannot find it in flake or tablet form. The closest thing I've found is "nutritional yeast" within flake form.

They are very similar except that Nutritional yeast is low contained by Chromium. Nutritional yeast has a mild flavor. You can direct it online.
