If you take two pills you sleep for 8 hours (normally). So to be precise 4 hours per pill...take partly of one and that's 2 hours! Think so?

Generally sleeping pills are designed to aide in your sleep for an entire darkness. 7-8 hours devoted to sleep. If you take an ambien or halcyon, you WILL sleep thru the darkness (for about 8 hours). I dont know of any pill explicitly designed to make you sleep for just a few hours.

Ambien is GREAT, no hangover from it, puts me out in 30 minutes. Its liberal of fun too though I'm know I'm not supposed to say that.
don't use sleeping pills to sleep two hours .. try to purloin just relaxing pills .. it gonna help out u to sleep .. abut the sleep pills gonna take u to thoughtful sleeping to 8 hours .. so take caution

try to chomp through 1 apple 3 hour before sleep, and a cup of milk. thats more healty.
or if you have red tree/ lemon tree at your yard, bear the flower and make heat tea, add some honey if you resembling, than you will be relax and have a nice morning.
