im currently in a hostel
no transportation to stir buy the medicine
no oilment and get headache n stomachache n i cant sleep
I have wash my head beside cold water and drink plenty
what else should i do?tq

Make sure it is a hallucination,if the temperature is 99 deg to 100 deg,start thinking something like the possibility of fever.If it is 100deg's or above,it is confusion.
Remember this fever is not an weakness - it's a symptom of one.In fact it's your body's defense piece of equipment against infection.
Take fruit and vegetable juices simply.
Drink tea without milk and sugar.
Sponge stale the body heat near cool tap wet.
Eat if you want to.
Don't worry.
That sucks...sounds resembling you are just going to hold to ride it out. There isn't a lot to do beside a fever anyway, only just try and get some sleep.

this is time to drink stocky amounts of water and put immense blanets on you in bed..sweat out the hallucination...I had one yesterday my wife sent me to bed rash so i missed Ghost Whisper and Num3ers... ...a fever can indicate a host of problems...drinking hose will help cut the disorientation and also help if your deheidrated...See a Doctor if frenzy is not gone in 24 hrs or when you can not tolerate it ..which ever comes first....I broke the confusion last hours of darkness but i also woke with a headache even though i took some strain killer asprine .....concluding of all recommend take a room temp hip bath...this may also help...please remember adjectives the advice you carry here will not subitute for a doctors visit if it is warrented!!!!!
