Natural antibiotics?
Can anyone give me a roll of natural antibiotics or probiotics? Thanks!
Answer: There are masses, many herb and naturally occurring substances that are antibiotic/antiviral/antifungal within effect. Some of them are: Echinaecea; Goldenseal; Usnea (a lichen); Burdock; Dandelion; Siberian Ginseng (Eleutherococcus); Maiitake, Reishi and Shiitake mushrooms; Astragalus; Schizandra; Bupleurum; Ligustrum; Chrysanthemum; Propolis, royal jelly and honey; Myrrh resin and tincture; Oregano, thyme and sage--oils, tinctures and teas; Aloe; Osha; and many, plentiful, many others. Probiotics include: Lactobacilii acidophilus, Bifidobacterium animalis; Our gastrointestinal tract is home to more than 400 different species of microbes weighing one and a partially kilograms (That's about 3lbs+ of beneficial microbes in respectively human being...provided they haven't just now killed them adjectives off w/ an indiscriminate antibiotic ...)
Regarding your cross-question about garlic: Cooking garlic does not impair nor diminish its antibacterial effect. If the odor cause a problem for you, use Kyolic or another type of odorless garlic.
Penicillin. It's made by mold. Try oregano oil. Its great.
