How do you get something done chiropractic on yourself?


I'm very strong and I can effortlessly crack joints adjectives along my back myself while standing. Anyone know any practical guides to performing chiropractic on yourself?

Bearing within mind that this is a very mild form of adjustment, here are some favourable tips:

A licensed Chiropractor, which I am, have had masses years of training to know how, when and where to do a proper adjustment. This "self cracking", if done wrong and sloppily, my cause further mar, now and into the adjectives. The more you "crack", the more unstable the joint become which in time lead to arthitic problems.
