Advil PM had inuprofen (anti inflammatory) surrounded by it. You should not add more to that.
I would try some rime, as cold reduces inflammation. A cold pack should abet ease it for presently.
Advil IS an antiimflammatory plus sleep aid. I wouldn't take another higher than it without first checking beside my doctor or pharmacisit.
