I heard within are exercises to reverse eyesight loss. True? I would love to be able to read again lacking reading glasses.

I've heard of the eye exercises, but don't mull over that works. THere is a new procedure out in attendance where associates wear special contact lenses to bed that reshape the eye while you sleep. It's called CRT. After wearing them for a couple of months you are supposed to hold improved nightmare and no longer need glasses/contacts

arn't you asking nearly the reversible process for the lost vision ? myopia or hypermetropia ? we carry lot of books on railway platforms and bust stations titled " better eye sight short glassess" and "throw away the spectacles", " No more weight on your face" etc. colourfully appealing for a bye. But so far i have not witnessed anyone benefited beside such kind of books or anything. The flexibility or the elasticity of the body system to some extent can be kept intact with the yoga practice. But i own even seen heaps yoga instructors wearing glassess.I have not see either from yoga someone mortal benefited as a case. However the ordinary sight (say qualifications to see the small letters from the specified distance, even better than the normality ) can be achieve in the gaping sleep or amnesia state of hypnotism.But i am not sure if that state can be sustainable under everyday mind condition. Lasik though it is being said to be the most safest and hottest technology developed, complete after affects are not yet certain and further studies are to be done..( I have see many lasik surgeons wearing glassess ???)
