Coconut grease side effects? please assist!!?
ok this ones got me baffled. ive be taking coconut oil on and past its sell-by date for a few weeks for a gastrointestinal candida overgrowth at around 2tbsp a day, i have a mild die off, nought that was too noticeble during first 2 week stage, and also took a glorious quality probiotic. ive stopped taking it since afterwards and have recovered from die bad... today i decided to help yourself to about 1TSP along near a good dosage of probiotics... and from roughly half an hour since i took the two up until im writing this grill now, i enjoy had a splitting headache and VERY mild sinus symptoms, (sneezing, runny snout, blockage, etc)... i dont understand why this time i took LESS i am emotion awful, but i do feel a slight increase surrounded by energy and all right being at impossible to tell apart time as the symptoms i have at the moment... any suggestion or information?
Answer: I agree with DEVASTAT to use virgin coconut grease as lauric
acid and other nutrients are not reduced when grease is cold
pressed. Further you cannot take anything as you similar to i.e.
on and off for a few weeks. It should other be continous
for body's intelligence to accept the contemporary addition of
probiotic and coconut grease. Stick to the program for 3 months
and you will see definite recovery inspite of any
short comings your body may throw up. Good luck and

I don't think coconut grease has side effect.
Try to drink it minus probiotic.
And get virgin coconut grease, not just "coconut oil" because virgin coconut grease has more lauric sour.
Coconut oil will not hold any effect on candida. However, since you probably do not have a gastrointestinal candida overgrowth to set off with, that won't issue. It does add extra calories, and over the long permanent status will cause you to gain cargo.
