What's a upright herb for anger and anxiety?


I need something to silence my nerves...maybe even an herbal anti-depressant.

Anxiety: California Poppy is a popular herb to use for anxiety. However, any calming herb will aid - even mild chamomile, a popular children's herb.
Anger: Anger is usually situated in the liver, so any herb that help to heal the liver would comfort heal anger. These herb include dandelion, artichoke leaf, and milk thistle. Kava kava is supposed to work, or if you're into vitamins, magnesium is supposed to help out calm anxiety. But I can't disagree near the person who said: cannabis.
Valerian is supposed to own a calming effect, but I own never tried it.
