What vitamins are the best?
I don't eat red meat, a short time ago chicken, but i eat alot of fruit and veggie my doctor said i look whitish and i should take a multi vitamin, but i don't want to clutch lots of different kinds, what one multi vitamin is the best? I hear "One a Day" for women is good.
