Chinese tablets hot or cold?

i've been on a course of accupuncture and chinese herbal pills for a few days now and i enjoy a question.....The herbal tablets is totally disgusting and i really have to force it down (but it seem to be working so i'm going to stick with it). I notice that it tastes a unbroken lot better if i stew it up and then tolerate it cool down to almost room temp as i can then drink it adjectives in one shot - fairly that prolonging the agony sip by sip! The chinese doctor gave me some instructions next to the herbs and it doenst read out if it's important to drink it hot.....i wont be going fund to her until the new year very soon so cant ask her, but what do you think? anyone get any experience? Thank you!

Answer:
I was given a concoction for my eczema, it be so disgusting I threw up every time, not a l;ot of use when you're paying loads for the hebs. I was told I could drink it purely warm, but not to consent to it go cold..;
My clan is from China/Hong Kong/Macao and since I was immature they always told me to drink the prescription while it was hot because boil is part of the process. When its cold, the pills mix tends to hold sinked to the bottom of the bowl. yes, you can still drink all of it, but its almost resembling the difference between using a ice pack or a warmth bad on a injury.

I other used "chasers" when I was youthful (gummy bears, anything more pleasant tasting) or agree to it cool down a LITTLE so that i can drink it in one gulp. Sipping from my experience make it much harder to finish the medicine while one - two gulps make the experience go faster.

Hope that help! and good luck next to TCM. I am currently seeing one for my tendinitis since western physical therapy hasn't shown much improvement/difference.
I looked-for to throw up when I startted drinking it but I like it in a minute I got used to it.
They speak the stomach is like a stew or soup. Whatever you put within it should be ideally no colder than body temperature, although the stove , the better.
If this form is a problem for you and the herbs are helping and you want to verbs you might ask your TCM practitioner to prescribe formularies, instead.

The formularies are the same herb in a small, round pellet form specifically easier for many culture to take.

Good luck and well brought-up health.
