What's a moral over the counter sleep aid??
I need to try an over the counter sleep aid back I go to my doctor and seize a prescription, but with so frequent of them out there, I don't know which one to buy.any facilitate?
Answer: I have suffered from insomnia for years. I've tried them adjectives. The really strong ones are benadryl (i know its an allergy med but the same drug is used for insomnia contained by many OTC's and Rx's) and dramamine (for motion sickness and insomnia). Tylenol Simply Sleep is OK but I notice that after taking it even for just a few days, you wont sleep next to out it! It also gave me leader aches. The other meds made me discern really tired in the morning and I only just felt I couldn't capture up. The best RX i got (no person in charge aches, feel awake in the morning, and be able to seize a sleep pattern after taking it for 3-4 days later stopping..) was Temazapam. BUT this med is really addictive. If you do thieve it, just don't help yourself to it for more than 5-7 days in a row. If you own an addictive personality, consequently you need to stay away from this. The raw remedy I found helped slightly a bit was Hylands Calms Forte. You nick a little for anxiety or more for insomnia! I posted a contact below..
do not buy any drugs, most of them don't work , the best thing for sleeplessness, is sleepy time tea. really works inwardly 2 days. I took pills and was still hyper, this worked great for me! You have need of to be careful some sleep medication can do the contrasting and make you hyper. Try a crude alternative, warm milk, caffeine free tea, google raw medicine and look up a sleep aid. Try a hot bubble tub before bed.
try something close to Natracalm, or Nitol. They should have no bleak side effects, and are not addictive, to best of my knowledge.
