What if any are the benefits of taking a tub beside milk contained by it?
my husband said that it is good for my skin and relaxation. how true could this be?

it really make your skin soft, but if you dont wash it out in good health, you could smell rotten. It's completely true. It's very moisturizing and wholesome to your skin. I do it all the time.

I own a beauty book advise a milk bath for exactly those purposes. Add a couple cups to the hip bath and you are set. it's supposed to soften tough skin
Lactic tart is a gentle cleanser. Your skin will be kid soft and it condition your hair..But remember to rinse..
