Answer:    A complete organic live adjectives food supplement is the best. Almost all vitamins are synthetic so they wont involve in the intestines. Here are some undamaged food supplements that I take.

Happy Health
Niacin. But if you can find a bottle of centrum start taking that it will endow with you energy. "B" vitamins.especially B12.

And cart a multi.
Balanced diet and exercise work schedule, cram to smile and laugh B!![:
Get a B complex. They are fantastic and b vitamins work best when they are taken together a bit than individually. I reccommend Blackmoores executive B. It is balanced beside some nice herbs and it make you feel righteous. The good entry about b vitamins is that any excess is usually urinated out and not toxic if you dont call for it, unlike iron. B12 doesnt always work on its own unless you know you are not good enough in that vitamin. Alot of my customers buy a B12 and later come back to bring back a B complex as it didnt give them the pull they need. Alot of the time B12 wants to be taken with B9 (folic acid) surrounded by order to work successfully.
Always take B vitamins within the morning or at lunch. Any later can result contained by sleeplessness.
Good Luck!

Add On; The lady below mentioned that if you are imperfect in B12 you are imperfect in iron. This is not true. Please I never market iron supplements to anyone unless they know they are deficient as it is toxic if you dont have need of it. They can both contribute to anemia, fatigue etc so unless youve been diagnosed by a qualified naturopath (heamaveiw) or a doctor (blood test) do not filch iron. The reason I say-so this is if you have too much iron contained by youre body the symptoms are the same as not have enough, tiredness, dizziness etc so dont diagnose yourself.
A defect in vitamin B12 will produce symptoms such as fatigue an nouns, headaches and migraines, numbness and tingling and prickling sensations within the outer extremities, dizzy spells, fainting and loss of go together, heart palpitations and chest pains, excessive sweating, excessive urination and dry mouth, nausea and vomiting, depression, insomnia and constipation, irritability and moodiness and an inability to think clearly .Quite worrisome actually if you don't realise the vitamin factor.

Eat more foods rich within this vitamin ie: organ meats such as lambs fry and kidneys, skimmed milks and cheeses, fish and eggs.

If you are lactose intolerant or lacto-vegetarian then it is really esteemed that you supplement your diet with a multi B complex tablet on a each day basis.

Things that could be robbing you of your precious B complex of vitamins are :- consumption too much protein, alcohol, eating too much tinned food, antiobiotics, antidepressants, penicillin, prednisone and aspirin.

Also, try to cut fund on drinks such as caffeine, tea, sodas and soft drinks as they are all B complex thieve.. as well as human being great at dehydrating you.

Take a multi B complex tablet including all the B's ie: B1, B2 B3, B5, B6 and B12 as they work best synergistically (together).

The B complex of vitamins is essential for fit neural, digestive and immune system functioning.

The B complex of vitamins is a water soluble complex and as such our bodies can neither store or produce them. Therefore we want to ingest them on a daily spring or suffer the consequences as you unfortunately are... a upright point to make here is that if you are defective in vitamin B12 you would as a consequence also be deficient surrounded by iron as iron also needs vitamin B12 to be properly assimilated by the body and hence you would be displaying iron not as much as anemia symptoms ie; fatigue and exhaustion, dizzy spells and faint.. iron assimilates more effectively when consumed with foods rich contained by vitamin C ie; citrus fruits such as lemons, limes and oranges, tomatoes and potatoes, leafy green vegies and red and green peppers.

When you transport your daily supplement ensure that you run it with some type of calcium rich food ie: low grease cheese or milk or a calcium supplement as B12 needs calcium to be properly assimilated by the body.. ensure you also win enough sunshine (vitamin D) or munch through cold water fishes such as tuna, salmon, sardines and whiting as calcium desires enough vitamin D to be effectively immersed!! These cold water fishes are also a rich source of magnesium (known as the antistress mineral) which is probably another item you need to focus on as all right ~ your stress levels. Quite a handfull of information here .. sorry it's a bit long winded but you requirement to know all this.

When our bodies are placed lower than added stress such as sickness, relationship dramas, new errand, school studies or freshly daily energy really, the B complex of vitamins are usually the first group to get used up and we in consequence need to adjust our intake properly.

When you are getting any stress related symptoms or any of the above mentioned symptoms simply take another B tablet. As they are wet soluble our bodies will simply excrete any excess in our urine.

Drink loads of fresh filter water too as the happiest and healthiest body will other be the most hydrated one.

I sincerely wish you the best of strength & vitality buddy
