Has anyone ever have nouns treating kidney ruin within babyish (2.5yr) dog (german shepherd dog)?

I have not hear of animal success but I would try human products that are inbred I have hear of other people using these products on their pets near different disorders and it might be worth looking into, lots of water and try some of these kidney products from

If this was due to the dog food bring to mind get to a vet very soon! I have not hear of a successful treatment without a vet help.
