Do YOU know how long it take for omega fish oil to show effect within the body? Any adjectives supporting weblinks?
I am researching for a very close friend of mine who is circumlocuting deleterious pharmaceutical drugs for a OCD condition. If you have a adjectives answer, please do care to support a automatic supplementary diet of an individual who is ameliorating their life standard. Thank you for your time and God bless.
Answer:
This is sort of a tricky question. Omega fish grease must be taken in quite high doses to hold any therapeutic effect. So, if your friend isn't taking 3 GRAMS of EPA & DHA (Omega 3 fatty acids), she may NEVER see any effects. To come by that, depending upon the source your friend may have to give somebody a lift up to 10 grams of fish oil... YUK!
My husband swears by Heart Health Essential Omega III. It have all the EPA & DHA reccommended and Vitamin E as okay.
You can buy it on line at www.patrusso.com
Email Pat if you own any questions almost the product. He'll get rear legs to you with a source for more information right away.
My doc say fish oil is perfect for you but you have to hold alot of it for it to do any good. I help yourself to 4 in the morning and 4 contained by the evening. They are 1000 mg fish oil next to 300 mg omega fatty acid. After a month I feel a difference!
Depends on the dose and the person's needs.
I own seen results contained by as little as a week. If not much is happening I'd suggest upping dose. One human being I know who takes it for OCD and anxiety take 5 salmon oil cap a day (1000 mg each).
Also enjoy her/him add Omega 3 rich foods to their diet close to eggs (range-fed best) and cold-water fish. Grass-fed dairy products are also good and walnuts and flaxseed also own Omega 3s though not as bio-available as animal sources.
Article below talks give or take a few high doses for OCD and addiction.
Remember to other buy a good brand that's be micro-filtered to get things similar to Mercury out of it.
Carlson's is a good one. Nordin naturals too.
I also use Swanson's Extra Virgin Salmon Oil. Good and not too expensive.
