5 Hydroxy-tryptophan (5-HTP) how much should I rob?
I have 50 mg pills,
I'm going to bring them for anxiety, most people on here said they bear 100 mg. at night or morning, some say-so 50 mg in morning and hours of darkness?
WHICH WOULD BE BEST FOR ME? night? daytime? twice a day?

don't leftovers your $$$$$$. I tried it and it sucks.
Much better you go to vitamin stores and simply buy pure L-tryptophane 500 mg. capsule, then rob with vitamin B-complex to produce the tryptophane.
This is a daytime sedative, It help you sleep at night, also.
If you transport in daytime, don't drive - it make drowsy.
For night sleep, try 1 mg. melatonin tablet or tablet. this will shut out the lights.
At least 100mg, up to 300mg
I'd speak take it twice a year, morning and night on an unfurnished stomach.
I agree with Danny, be in motion with the resourceful "L-Tryptophan", (5-HTP has have meager results).
Maybe 2-550 mg L-Tryptophan caps previously bed.
