i have be considering detoxing for health reason. i heard it cleans build up and reduce the chances of masses health problems including cancer. i've be reading about online but everywhre have so much to say something like it and i am getting overwheled and confused! has anyone tried it? what does the process included? i want some first mitt accounts. or sites that helped you, but one and only if you have done it not goggled sites! thankfulness!

I personally subscribe to the apple detox diet. Three full days of nought but organic apples (any type) and river. And each evening, pilfer a tablespoon of olive oil. Yes I have done it. By sea fasting. If within the winter I drink juice next to water for 7 days. No vegetable juice. But fruit. Only fresh that I put through the juicer. Mainly orange liquid and cranberry and grape juice. Very little of the latter 2 because I am also diabetic. Usually 7 days works great. I break the hurried with vegetable liquid for the first 2 days. You have to acclimate your body to intake again. Hopefully organic foods lone. Lots of veggies mainly. I fruit a year works for me. I do a 7 day hurried every 2 months. A 3 day every week. Water one and only. Listen to your body. You will find what works best for you. I just started on my own due to adjectives the info out there. You probably similar to me have perused much.
