What to do against gas?
Someone passes gas adjectives the time. What's a good remedy or solution to that?
I'm not asking for prescription, though. Something you can get at home?!
Answer:
I am an RN and as you did not mention if this occur only near certain foods, I would save a type of diary and narrow down which foods could be cause the gas. Foods such as beans and broccoli can lead to intestinal gas. Lactose intolerance can also front to gas so if you notice this near dairy products try some lactose free items or adding the enzyme lactulose to your diet (available over the counter) Additionally, some over the counter drugs such as beano or gas-x can relieve reduce the gas production. Lastly, if the problem persist or worsens, I would consult a doctor to be sure it is not something like irritable bowel syndrome or some other problem. Good luck!

I'm a nurse. Try not to eat food that give you gas. Also you can get some otc medication for it. Have a wonderful Christmas. Ask the pharmacist at your local drug store.
Mustard some say.Incidentally white flour products ,ie.white bread, cause serious gas related problems for many.
try beano. you can catch it at any pharmacy over the counter
beano cook with it or sprinkle it onto food
my view is that gas is a natural prosses and relieves the stomach from built up pressure,which is cause from the foods and drinks you consume,the only crude way to flatulate smaller number is to change your diet and drink smaller number acidic drinks.fruit juice,less meat etc.....
use some activate charcoal, and enzymes.
