What is Ayurveda?
Ayurveda is a system of medicine that originate in India over 5,000 years ago. It is base on the belief that everything is composed of five elements: air, dampen, fire, earth, and ether/space. These elements combine to form three metabolic body types, call "doshas". The three metabolic types are vata (ether/space and air), kapha (water and earth), and pitta (fire and water).
Vata
Vata types are changeable and unpredictable, hold prominent features, joints, and vein, and have cool, dry skin. They are sudden at understanding exotic ideas and are accurate at initiating things but have difficulty finishing them. Vata body areas are the considerable intestine, pelvis, bones, skin, ears, and thighs.
Kapha
Kapha types are solid, heavy, and strong. They tend to be slow and own slow digestion, oily fuzz, cool, damp skin, and are slow to anger. Kaphas sleep ably and have a development to procrastinate. They are prone to sinus congestion, high cholesterol, size, and allergies. Kapha areas are the chest, lungs, and spinal fluid.
Pitta
Pitta types are medium build, well-proportioned, and tend to keep up a constant weight. They tend to be articulate, intelligent, and can be critical beside a short or explosive temper. Pitta types are well-run and are regular in intake and sleeping habits. They tend to perspire heavily and are thaw and frequently thirsty. They tend to have acne, ulcer, hemorrhoids, and ulcers. Pitta body areas are the small intestines, stomach, sweat glands, skin, blood, and eyes.
