problem next to my right ankle, the n sads really messed
my stomach up, my chiropractor recommended Bromelain
and I have be taking it since. It definitely cuts the
inflammation. short the side effects. I prefer
Jarrow Bromelain 1000, usually 1 tablet a day is satisfactory.
You can find it at most health food stores (I usually buy
my supply at Whole Foods.) I give some to one of my
brothers who has a desperate knee, presently he uses it all the time.
So contribute it a try, its not that expensive, about $20 for
60 tablets, which last me 2 months.
