What is Tantra Yoga similar to?
I'm looking for specific details as to what a tantra yoga session entales. Not just the usual...it's nearly breathing, awakening your sexual energy, blah blah. I'd approaching specific examples of what the instroctor and student actually do within a typical session.
Answer: There are lots of different kinds even of this.
I used to practice one brand - it was completely nonsexual and did not involve anyone touching anything. The use of the imagined divinity figures be to loosen attachments to things in our energy.
Any kind of practice that involves touching is sex using spirituality as an excuse - plain and simple.
Don't believe any fancy hooha - it's only sex, and it is NOT spiritual just because someone tell you it is.
