Acupuncture (sorry something like the spelling).
It worked for me!
Good luck!
you could try a tens machine, they are available surrounded by most chemists. they work wonders for some people and really back with the discomfort. It's definitely an alternative, but I don`t know you should consider a nutritional supplement. The idea here is to develop your immune system so that you body will start repairing itself. In time, hopefully you will feel better and be capable of function normally.
I recommend the product from the relationship below. We started taking it for health reason, but found that it has enhanced many other areas within our lives.
Hi Shu..
There are many things you can try, however, if you want to use something of late for pain nouns then herbal or homeopathic remedies work resourcefully.
If you want to actually remove your backbone pain and stop it returning next you need to use technique that address all the factor causing stern pain - tight and unconvincing muscles, joint dysfunction and pelvic inequity.
The only product I know (and speak about my patients to use) is called the X-Pain Method. It have a step by step approach to teach you how to correct your spine. The technique only lift a few minutes each daytime to do and most people report spinal column to me that their back distress eased inwardly days and some even were 100% twinge free after a week.
There are some free techniques fromt he book at the connect below, but I do recommend this product.
All the best

Try Reiki xx I'm so sorry you are in so much spasm. If you have moral painkillers, I believe in taking them... I know this is the alternative drug board, but pain make you miserable and it's harder to heal if you're miserable.
Two things that enjoy worked for me:
1. I am very laid-back about it, but if I do yoga regularly, it works. Now I'm not conversation about the bada$$, stand on your guide kind. I'm only talking give or take a few gentle stretches and soothing things you can do to realign your spine and reduce strain. I carry free yoga classes online at www.yogatoday.com . Just please don't do anything that causes you too much strain - the conception of yoga is that you should listen to your body.
2. At times, chiropractic has worked for me; at other times, I hold thought it was total BS. I used to go and get back and d¨Ścolletage tension so fruitless that I would lose feeling within my hands. I go to a chiropractor who also did electric muscle stimulation and whoa - no pain, no rigidity. (I slept for a week!) He helped me a great deal. But then I moved, and go to a different one, and I thought he was sensitive of obsessed next to developing his business and that my health be secondary. That be probably him, not the chiropractic. Oh, and insurance paid for it :)
I hope you can lose some of that dull pain! Good luck!
reflexology is great for back backache.give it a try. Have you tried a chiropractor they may be expensive but they fantastic they confer lots of relief don't know if they work wi you rcondition but try calling one see what they enunciate.
I would absolutely see a chiropractic physician. Not exactly "alternative" but impressively effective for what you are describing. I can't share you exactly what they will do for your spondylitis... but they may use a number of technique at the discretion of the doctor.
I have see people find referred to a DCs office within extreme pain and in a short time, be out of spasm. Keep in mind, however, you hold your condition for a very long time and it may pinch some time to see a huge improvement.
Good luck!
self medicate yourself. start asking pep around you if they enjoy anything that mite help alleviate the pain. within other words "hydrocodones" Several things that might help you here. Have you tried Swedish or Remedial press? Also look at Chiropractic, Manipulative Therapy and Osteopathy.
I hope that you feel better impressively soon.
