Natural Fiber such as the considerate found in fruits and vegetables near a rigid texture.
Fiber is essentially cell walls made from cellulose. Your body works harder to digest it so it kicks your digestive system into overdrive since the muscles own to push harder to work against and break down the cell walls. The result is that when you eat something in need cell walls (IE: meat or poultry) your body is still on overdrive and works the food through your system at a significantly faster rate.
Fiber supplements can help, but here is no substitute for natural sources. Chow down on some carrot or celery sticks. Apples are great too.

A few things could work there is "smooth move" tea which contains Senna (which is contained by licorice). If you eat more fiber that will work too (leafy vegetables, broccoli, oatmeal (old fashioned), prunes). Also walking works, and drinking plentifully of water. If you devour a lot of fiber short water it won't work. Juice Plus pills work too - they are an adjectives natural unharmed food supplement.

My devoutness, Raisin Bran Cereal of course or 100% Bran near are also Bran Muffins, but they often hold unhealthy fat in them, so making your own seem to be the best answer. Increasing fiber in the diet by accumulation lots of vegetables and fruits 5 servings of each per time . Normal BM in no time at adjectives. Get well soon.

A great laxative specifically completely natural is flax seed. You can eat them contained by bread or ground up in yogourt (any flavor will do) and flax seed are great because they don't taste anything really.
If you are taking surrounded by more fiber, you need to be sure that you are drinking more water. If you don't, the fiber will hold an adverse effect and block you up.
