No tigers anymore. Too expensive, these days they use newly about any outdated cheap feline, bob cats, mountain lions whatever's on special.
Actually it's made of a wax/petroleum floor and has menthol, camphor and tea tree contained by it (meluca oil) which gives it the brisk scent. It's mostly used for sore muscles.

I have be told that some Tiger Balms do in reality contain ingredients from Tigers. As a result I no longer use Tiger Balm even though I am not certain it is true.
No--it lately means that is't unbelievably strong.
