It's a myth, I am so atrociously sorry...but it does have vitamin K, which improve your night sight, woot!
No, but it has potential to reduction deterioration. Since the eye heals suddenly, it may assist with repairing them to a better vision, though extremely unlikely.
Eating carrot provides you with vitamin 'a', which is thawt to be appropriate for your eyes . . .
yes, well specifically what my mom used to tell me adjectives the time at least, "if you don't chomp through your carrots, you will move about blind." i think she be over exaterating though.

economically have you ever see a rabbit wearing glasses????/
lol basically kidding
don't report me please
i truly hold heard that carrot are good for the eyes due to the vitamins
I take to mean the beta carotene is leaning toward a moral cancer preventative
eating carrot may increase your vision, but the unfinished concept behind it, is get through them before you start to lose your illusion, do not wait until your trance fades.
They are big in betacarotene which is a precursor to Vitamin A. Vitamin A is an anti-oxidant and help MAINTAIN vision and bone.
not proven however
yes and know... it wont help your illusion but they do help your eyes.... you wont see better but because you get through them but your eyes will be healthier......
I read aloud yes, this is why. the term, you are what you guzzle, couldnt be more accurate. each and every bodily function is perform with the support of a vitamin, mineral or a calorie. If your eyes use vitamin A to function, then as expected. get this, a single serving of carrot deliver 300% of the daily effectiveness of Vitamin A needed. Not only that, its REAL food, not some synthetic supplement.
Have you ever see a rabbit with specs???

But to be serious, I doubt that it improves your phantasm. I like ingestion carrots and I (still) hold pretty bad fantasy.
I don't think it necessarily will increase it, but the nutrients in it may hold your vision from getting worse!
Yes Carrots raise your vision.. Actually the beta-carotene within carrots rearrange your vision.
The Keratin (betakeratine) contained by orange vegatables approaching carrots is believed to save your eyes healthy and restore your vison. According to the first page its untrue. According to WebMd its both true and untrue.

"Eating carrots won't contribute a nearsighted person 20/20 delirium. But carrots are rich surrounded by beta-carotene, which the body converts to vitamin A -- a crucial nutrient for maintaining proper eyesight."

Look at the following page for more info.!

Good Luck and Merry Christmas!
You need Vitamin A and some Beta Carotene for virtuous vision, but you can't possibly get through enough carrot to really help your nightmare. - And, it is only part of a set of the picture.

Having all the right vitamins isn't potential to improve your delirium these days. People don't own malnutrition, and take most of their vitamins already. Good eyesight requires much more than vitamins!!
I've always hear that carrots are great for your eyes.
no but it does boost your immune system that vision story come from world war 2 and some infamous fighter pilot
OF COURSE IT WORKS!!

Ever see a rabbit with specs???

No, it really doesn't work :(

Yes, as does billberries and corn. Anything high surrounded by Vitamin A and Lutein. http://www.raysahelian.com/purplecorn.co...
No they don't. It was a myth involuntarily created by England during World War 2. They had developed a different technology that would help pilots within dog fights target the opponent remarkebly better. The American military asked why their aim had enhanced so much, and since the English military was uneasy next to letting their secrets out even to allies, a English broad jokingly said "We've been feed them a lot of carrots" and that's where on earth it all begin.
