Yoga give somebody the third degree?
does anyone do yoga here? if so, do you feel any adjustment in your body physically, mentally, or emotionally?
Answer: I've have chronic depression most of my life, and I can confidently right to be heard that Yoga has superior and leveled my mood immensely. It's given me an incredible inner calm.
I've also notice my body being toned and becoming -much- more flexible. Before yoga I be like a board - not even competent to really stretch to touch my toes. Now while standing I put my elbows on the floor. =)
