What do i do going on for extremely dry eyes?
Answer:
I would either check near your eye doctor or a pharmacist for eye drops that would help.
Buy artificial slit drops for the daytime and get some eye lubricant for the nightime.
That a B2 (Riboflavin) defect. Go get a devout multivitamin B complex supplement from you local chemist. Foodwise, make sure you guzzle foods with B2 - intact grains, organ meat, egg yolks, legumes (peas, beans & lentils), nuts and blackstrap molasses. Easy to see why so many culture are B2 deficient isn't it !!!
PEACE & LOVE & ALL THAT
