Having Acupuncture this afternoon for the first time??
Any experiences to share or tips? I'm a little troubled.
Answer: you shouldnt feel close to its going to be painful, once you lay down reason of a happy moment you have in days gone by, and just chillax, nah be going to :)) hope u enjoy it
run in near an open mind and delight in, just remeber to relax its not itchy, it doesnt even hurt as much as getting a tattoo.
it really does help next to symptoms, and muscle aches. in recent times relax itll feel better when its adjectives done.
What I learned from tube is that accupuncture is done by sticking needles (not very far) into the skin and that help the 'chi' flow more normal and later your aches and pains stir away (for a while). The show I watched also said to do what is call 'cupping'. Cupping is a specialty where they heat the inside of what looks like a fishbowl and they stick it on your vertebrae. what that does is it gets adjectives the toxins and bad stuff out of your body by sucking it out through your skin. It will move marks, but specifically because it works. the marks will move about away. eventually. as long as they use fresh needles that are sterilized youve got nil to worry more or less.
i had it done contained by my head, foot, and wrists. it doesnt really hurt. feels similar to you accidentally bumped into a thistle or something with thorns.
im not sure whether or not i estimate it works. i went for insomnia, and he sort of give me some herbal stuff, acupuncture and some meditation excercises all at once, so whether it be a mix or just one i dont know.
i wouldnt be disturbed though, you just sit at hand under a grill lamp and relax for 20 minutes or so till the needles are done working the artifice. i think have an IV in your arm would be more self-conscious
good luck
Many times they put a current through the needles for better results. It's really not that hurting. You'll be fine, you don't ahve anything to worry nearly. YOu'll fell better and you won't have any strain, if it is its just a small sting that's similar to a pinch. Good luck.
