Acid reflux?
Does lemon help to lessen acid reflux?
Answer:
don't know in the order of lemon, but unpasteurized apple cider vinegar does..
1/3 tsp apple cider vinegar before respectively meal. hold within your mouth for a minute before swallowing, this starts the digestive enzymes surrounded by the saliva start the digestive process right in your mouth. this cause stomach digestive fluids to flow faster, resulting in superior digestion and better breath. it takes a bit to draw from used to the taste, but economically worth the effort
in recent times for the record....doesn't reasonably make sense to me any,1/3 tsp is not enough to wreckage your innards.. but, if you haven't tried it, don't knock it..
i have found it to abet in the course described above..
thanks
Actually i use that sometimes as it is other from a virus in the food from processing. I use pepcid ac for rapid control of the national food virus. I never travel without pepcid and aspirin.
If you hold acids from the stomach urping up into and causing cellular rework and damage to the esophagus why would you want to drink more sour. This same answer applies to the moronic practice of drinking vinegar.
have not hear about lemons.
I found ingestion a live culture yogurt before bedtime works.
It also depends on your age. As we age, nearby is less stomach sour for digestion.
Dannon Activia is available at all groceries. Or buy an life brand with the live cultures.
don't lavish your money on the other fruit varieties. they are heated and eradicate all the honourable stuff so they are worthless.
Lemon won't help.Go to your local GNC store and buy some apple cider vinegar.
